Aqualogic's Automated Indexing Parts Washing system is designed for high volume processing of parts in
baskets with capabilities from 30 to 120 baskets per hour. The natural hydraulic cleaning and flushing action
created by the combination of agitation with turbulation when combined with rotation, forces solution into the
baskets, to the center of the work mass. This high volume solution flush provides the scrubbing action needed
to remove oil and chips from parts without damage to threads or parts surfaces.
Modular Construction Systems
are preassembled at the Aqualogic factory. Modularization includes plumbing for water, steam, and enclosed drains.
Electrical wiring is completed for programmed hoists, temperature controls, solenoids, level controls, and timers
with junction boxes between sections. Systems are assembled and tested forv customer approval prior to shipment.
